Natural aids for relaxation and sleep can be found at the nearest health food store or website search. Look for herbal supplements such as valerian (get the capsules, not the herb...the aroma can outweigh the benefits!), scullcap, catnip, hops, California poppy, wild lettuce, lemon balm and passionflower to name just a few. These can be taken separately or in combos offered by various manufacturers. Also check out TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) for a selection of herbs to soothe the spirit. Valerian, in particular, is great for sleep and doesn't leave you zombie the next morning.
